This time in 48 hours I'll be almost ready to push the button. My aim (and you can all laugh at this on Sunday if it doesn't work) is to have the site set up and ready to go by lunchtime. That's lunchtime UK. So hopefully anyone in the US / Canada should be able to wake up Sunday morning, check and it will be there. Like I said - this is what I'm AIMING for...
So what's left to do?
Patterns - still waiting for 2 designers to approve their drafts. The other 10 patterns are in the template, set up and ready to go. I am so excited about these patterns, I love them all... The thumbnails, photos and patterns are all great, the designers deserve as much credit as we can give them..
Articles - will be done tonight. I have 1 completed, 2 in progress and 1 not started on. We're a bit article light in this issue but I hope that we'll get more next time. 2 of them are going to be permenant features in the magazine.
Competition page - done. Just need one last photo.
Forums - going to leave the design as is unless I happen to get a brainwave tomorrow afternoon and change it then. All the categories will be set up properly tomorrow.
This page - will be the last thing to be done on Sunday morning. You didn't think I was going to change everything early and give away our design did you?? Hee hee hee.
So I'm close. Closer than it looked like I was going to be at the beginning of the week. I'm sure there will be changes to be made early next week but I'm prepared for that.
